- The above rates are valid until 28 February 2010.
- A rates are for stay continuously 2days or 14 days booking in advance.
- B rates are for stay continuously 3days or 45 days booking in advance.
- Rates are inclusive of electricity, water, gas and management fee.
- Rates include service and tax, but exclude internet and breakfast.
- Swimming pool and the sport activity are for free.

Cancellation Policy
|
In the case of no-show, or if the booking is cancelled less than 2 working days prior to check-in, one room night will be charged by the Apartment to the Credit Card.
