- Stays from 15 days to less than 1 month – 7 days advance notice required otherwise equal to 7 days charge.
- Stays from 1 month to less than 6 months – 15 days advance notice required otherwise equal to 15 days charge.
- Stays of 6 months and above – 1 month advance notice required otherwise equal to 1 month charge.
