- All above rates include service charge and tax.
- Rates for 1 bedroom suite is for 2 guests, for 2 bedrooms suite is for 4 guests,for 3 bedrooms suite is for 6 guests.
- Maximum 2 children under 12 years old free when sharing room/existing bedding with parents.
- Credit card payment will attract 3% surcharge.
- For tenancy of 1 month or above, utility (water/electricity) is included up to Bht 3,000/month.
- For tenancy of 2-5 months, there is a security deposit of one month's rental plus one month's rental in advance.
